A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Ali Potter — a Positive Psychology Health Coach with over 27 years in the health and medical world as an Osteopath and Personal Trainer with a masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. As well as someone who’s personally faced multiple life-changing health diagnoses, including Breast cancer, Lyme disease, EBV and more.

I know what it’s like to not be heard. To be told your tests are fine when you don’t feel fine.
To feel like you’re losing touch with who you are because your health is running the show.

I bring deep clinical understanding, genuine empathy, and real-world strategies to help you feel better—not just on paper, but in real life.
